Flash Engineering built the model to client provided drawings, identified conflicts in drawings prior to the build process and offered solutions to the problems. Upon completion of the 3D model, developed the animation construction process from foundation laying for 650 Ton crane, building of the crane onsite, and full construction plan utilizing dual crane operation. The model and animation enabled the client to plan out his daily work schedules as well as where personnel would be placed, thereby reducing risk and enhancing the productivity of the project. The project ran 4 months ahead of schedule during the construction phase of the overall project.
